While every item is thoroughly inspected before being listed for sale, please be aware that some minor imperfections may go unnoticed and are not listed individually.

Returns: We offer a 30-day warranty policy on all Pre-Loved items. We strongly recommend that you inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you're not completely satisfied, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Extended Winter Returns: For any Pre-Loved items purchased between 1st November 2025 and 28th February 2026, your 30-day return period will begin on 1st March 2026. We understand it can be tricky to get your product out and test it during the winter months, so this extended return window gives you extra time to check everything once the weather improves.
