Start with the space you need, then choose inflatable or poled pitching. Every enclosed awning below fits a standard 6mm caravan rail at 235cm to 250cm high.

Caravan awning materials and weather protection

OLPRO caravan awnings slide directly into the 6mm channel already fitted to a touring caravan. Choose a Breeze inflatable model if you want an included hand pump and no frame poles to assemble, or choose a poled View Lite for a familiar setup and lower entry price. Materials vary by model. View Lite awnings use OLTECH REPRO 190T polyester, while the larger View 300 and View 420 use OLTECH REPRO 150D fabric. The current enclosed caravan-awning range has a 5,000mm hydrostatic-head rating for sustained rain, with storm straps supplied.

 

These are porch awnings for extra dining, living and storage space while touring. They are not full-length A-measurement awnings, none has a sleeping inner or sewn-in groundsheet, and the View Lite and View 300 product pages state that they are not designed to stay pitched all season.

Will an OLPRO caravan awning fit my caravan?

OLPRO caravan awnings are porch and tunnel designs that slide into a standard 6mm caravan rail. They are made for a rail height of 235cm to 250cm, rather than the A-measurement used for traditional full-length awnings.

Measure from level ground to the awning rail, then check the usable straight rail length. A View Lite 390 needs roughly 390cm of straight rail, so height alone is not enough to confirm the fit.
