Camping Tents
Which OLPRO camping tent do I need?
Start with how you camp, then match the tent style to your group size, pitch time and how often you head out.
What does 5,000mm waterproof actually mean?
The hydrostatic head rating is a pressure test. A 5,000mm rating means the fabric can resist a 5-metre column of water before it leaks. The UK regulatory minimum for a tent to be called "waterproof" is just 1,000mm. Most budget tents sit at 2,000 to 3,000mm.
Our 5,000mm rating, combined with taped seams and a 10,000mm-rated groundsheet, is built for persistent British rain. Read our full guide to tent waterproof ratings →
Why Choose OLPRO Camping Tents?
OLPRO tents combine practical weather protection with distinctive campsite design. Core models use 150D Oxford Polyester, a 5,000mm hydrostatic head waterproof rating and heat-treated taped seams to help keep rain out during changeable UK trips.
Choose Breeze inflatable tents if you want a faster pitch with reinforced air beams, or poled tents if you prefer a traditional frame. Across the range you will find options for festivals, weekends away, family camping holidays, backpacking and larger group trips.
We also build with the planet in mind. As a certified B Corp, we craft many of our tents from OLTECH RE-PRO fabric, woven from recycled plastic bottles. Same performance, lower environmental impact. Every tent ships with an emergency repair kit and seam sealant, because we are honest: no tent lasts forever, but we engineer ours to handle as many seasons as possible.
