Introduction
At OLPRO, we are committed to ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation have no place in our business or supply chain. We fully support the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and take steps to prevent, identify, and address risks wherever we operate.
Our Commitment
- We will never tolerate forced, bonded, or involuntary labour.
- Child labour is strictly prohibited.
- All workers must be treated fairly, with legal pay, safe working conditions, and respect for human rights.
- We expect our suppliers to follow our Code of Conduct, which sets out these standards clearly.
Supply Chain & Due Diligence
We carefully assess and monitor suppliers to ensure they meet our ethical and sustainability requirements. Where risks are identified, we take immediate action, including support for improvements or ending relationships with non-compliant partners.
Training & Awareness
Our team is trained to understand the risks of modern slavery and to raise concerns if issues are identified. We promote a culture of openness and accountability across OLPRO and our supply chain.
Continuous Improvement
As a B Corp certified business, we are committed to continuous improvement. Each year we review our practices, engage with suppliers, and strengthen our approach to ethical and sustainable business.
