Returns Policy – Pre-Loved Items

We offer a 30-day warranty policy on all Pre-Loved items. We strongly recommend that you inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you're not completely satisfied, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Extended Winter Returns: For any Pre-Loved items purchased between 1st November 2025 and 28th February 2026, your 30-day return period will begin on 1st March 2026. We understand it can be tricky to get your product out and test it during the winter months, so this extended return window gives you extra time to check everything once the weather improves.

Pitched with fibreglass poles for a sturdy frame and structure, the Cocoon Poled V2 can be erected in just 25 minutes. The Cocoon Poled V2 has the ability to sleep up to 5 people in a removable darkened inner bedroom tent, making it the ideal Campervan Awning for those looking for extra space.

What makes our Cocoon Poled V2 a customer favourite is its sewn-in groundsheet and front canopy which is perfect for storing bikes, alfresco dining and socialising with friends and family.

Made from OLTECH® REPRO 210T RPS  fabric - repurposed single-use plastic bottles - making it a sustainable alternative to most Campervan Awnings on the market. 

The OLTECH® REPRO 210T RPS material has a waterproof rating of 5000 H/H, meaning it is very waterproof and can hold a 5 metre column of water on it before it would begin to show signs of water ingress.

The Cocoon Poled V2 will connect to your vehicle with the dual beading on the tunnel (suitable for awning rails that are 4mm or 6mm) or you can use the awnings throw-over straps.
