Returns: We offer a 30-day warranty policy on all Pre-Loved items. We strongly recommend that you inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you're not completely satisfied, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Extended Winter Returns: For any Pre-Loved items purchased between 1st November 2025 and 28th February 2026, your 30-day return period will begin on 1st March 2026. We understand it can be tricky to get your product out and test it during the winter months, so this extended return window gives you extra time to check everything once the weather improves.

The Hive  6 berth tent has three bedroom compartments which come off the back of a six sided living space. The Hive has two Square windows with closing top vents that offer great views and the skylights in the roof fill the Hive's living area with light. The sleeping pods have a large inner tent that will fit a double air bed or can be removed to enlarge your living space further. The tent is made from an above-standard 190T OLTech Polyester , fully waterproof material, with a rating of 5000 Hydrostatic Head and it also has fully taped seams. The front door has a canopy to protect from the rain. The front door has the benefit of a fly mesh screen for added privacy and to protect you from those pesky bugs. Also comes with a spare bedroom pole because we know accidents happen.
