Returns Policy – Pre-Loved Items

We offer a 30-day warranty policy on all Pre-Loved items. We strongly recommend that you inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you're not completely satisfied, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Extended Winter Returns: For any Pre-Loved items purchased between 1st November 2025 and 28th February 2026, your 30-day return period will begin on 1st March 2026. We understand it can be tricky to get your product out and test it during the winter months, so this extended return window gives you extra time to check everything once the weather improves.

The Kinver 5 Berth Tent Family Tent is a spacious and durable tent, perfect for families or groups. Designed with fibreglass roof poles and steel leg poles offering enhanced stability and support. The roomy living area is bright and airy, thanks to three doors and three windows, ensuring plenty of natural light throughout the tent,
 
The tent includes two separate bedroom sections that are two berth and three berth, which can also be opened up by removing the divider to create one larger five berth bedroom - comfortably accommodating up to five people. For outdoor relaxation or cooking the tent features a large canopy, making it ideal for enjoying the surroundings.
 
All doors come equipped with fly mesh, providing ventilation while keeping insects out. The windows can be covered with blinds for added privacy, and the tent also includes a convenient cable entry point and lantern hook. 
 
Made from OLTECH® REPRO 210T RPS Fabric - repurposed single-use plastic bottles - making it a sustainable alternative to most large tents on the market. With a pitching time of 25 minutes you will be relaxing on the campsite in no time. 
The OLTECH® REPRO 210T RPS material has a waterproof rating of 5000 H/H, meaning it is very waterproof and can hold a 5 metre column of water on it before it would begin to show signs of water ingress.
