The Hallow 2.0 is a simple two-berth dome for festivals and short breaks: light enough to carry from the car park, quick enough to pitch before the headliner, and cheap enough to not baby. Three short fibreglass poles put it up in under 15 minutes and pack it down to 66cm.
The darkened inner bedroom clips in and out and has its own sewn-in groundsheet, so yousleep past sunrise even at a festival. In front of it, a small porch takes bags, boots and a crate, keeping the sleeping space clear. Mesh air vents, flysheet vents and a fly mesh door keep the air moving and the bugs out, and inside there are two mesh storage pockets and a lantern hook.
The flysheet is 190T ripstop polyester rated to 3,000mm: right for typical UK camping conditions and festival weekends. At 4.8kg with a carry bag included, it is an easy tent to own.
