Orion 6 Berth Tent

The Orion is the tent that changes shape as your family does. Both 3-berth bedroom compartments are included: pitch one and use the other half of the tent as an extra large living area while your children are small, then add the second bedroom for a full 6 berth as the family grows. One purchase, two tents' worth of layouts.

Light is the other thing it does well. A roof skylight fills the living area during the day and lets you stargaze at night, with extra large windows on each side. The bedroom compartments are made from a darkened material for a proper night's sleep, and both doors carry fly mesh screens. Steel leg poles and fibreglass roof poles give the frame its stability, pitching in about 20 minutes, and both doors can pitch out as a canopy using the included canopy poles.

The fabric is OLTECH® REPRO 190T, made from repurposed single-use plastic bottles, with fully taped seams and a 5,000mm hydrostatic head. A fully sewn-in groundsheet keeps bugs and draughts out, ventilation points keep the air moving, and there is a cable entry point for hook-up power. A spare bedroom pole, a repair kit and a carry bag are included, and the tent packs to 75cm x 30cm x 30cm at 18kg.
