Tailgate Awnings for Camping
A tailgate awning attaches to the rear of your vehicle instead of the side. If you have a rear kitchen conversion or drive a narrower van like the VW Caddy, this is the layout that works. We designed models like the Cubo Breeze with a narrower tunnel specifically for compact vehicles, giving you a secure, weather-tight fit where a side-fitting awning would not suit.
Our tailgate awnings are Drive-Away, just like the rest of our range. Detach the tunnel, drive off for the day, and your awning stays pitched on site. We build them from tough canvas with a 5,000mm hydrostatic head rating to handle the Great British Weather. As a certified B Corp, we also use our OLTECH RE-PRO fabric, woven from recycled plastic bottles, across much of the range.
