Camping is incredibly popular and is great for those who want to be closer to nature and want to go on a staycation. We asked you in our latest Twitter poll which you preferred, camping in your home country, or camping abroad.

Camping in your home country

Results show that 75% of you said that you preferred going camping in your own country! We know that going camping is a great alternative to going abroad especially during the past year and a half with the pandemic, it’s become a new adventure for a lot of people. Camping is also great for visiting places in your own country that you may not have seen before, you can appreciate the natural beauty of what your country has to offer as well as investing in local tourism.

Camping is also a great opportunity to try something new with your friends and family. You get to immerse yourself in the camping experience by building a fire, going hiking and getting to make memories that you’ll never forget.

We’d recommend camping in your own country if it’s something you’ve been thinking about doing. You can find some amazing campsites that will cater to all of your wants and needs, letting you enjoy your camping trips even more.

Go Camping Abroad

We found that 25% of you prefer to go camping abroad! Going camping abroad can be a great experience, it allows you to enjoy different surroundings and a new culture, while also exploring a new country that you may not have been to before.

There are various countries in which you can go camping in and it’s definitely something we would recommend to everyone to try out if you love camping! We would recommend doing lots of research into the country you’d like to visit and to find a campsite that is going to be close to all the tourist destinations you’d like to visit!
