Condition Note: This item has been lightly used. There is a small flaw in the window which has some extra plastic/material woven into the window panel itself (see picture).

This item has been previously owned and will show signs of use.

All Pre-Loved items are customer returns and may include products that have been used outdoors, used for display, or returned after a period of ownership. As such, visible signs of previous use are to be expected — including cosmetic wear and tear, marks, or light scuffs.

Where any faults or damage are identified, they will either:

Have been professionally repaired to a high standard

Be clearly detailed in the product name and above in the description, with accompanying images to show the condition.

While every item is thoroughly inspected before being listed for sale, please be aware that some minor imperfections may go unnoticed and are not listed individually.

Returns Policy – Pre-Loved Items

We offer a 30-day warranty policy on all Pre-Loved items. We strongly recommend that you inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you're not completely satisfied, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Extended Winter Returns:
For any Pre-Loved items purchased between 1st November 2025 and 28th February 2026, your 30-day return period will begin on 1st March 2026. We understand it can be tricky to get your product out and test it during the winter months, so this extended return window gives you extra time to check everything once the weather improves.

Our UK Next Day Delivery can be selected at checkout for a charge of £6.95 - This fee is a flat order charge (Regardless of volume).
