We use a wide range of courier services which allow us to be competitive on price, whilst providing the best service possible.
UK Standard delivery is £3.99 on orders under £60 and free for orders over £60. Our standard delivery will be dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 2pm*. Your order will be shipped with Royal Mail, Yodel or DHL.
Our UK Next Day Delivery can be selected at checkout for a charge of £6.95 - This fee is a flat order charge (Regardless of volume).
*Next Day Delivery is only applicable to orders placed before 2pm. Restricted postcodes include the following: AB31-56, BF (all), HS (all), IM (all), IV (all), KA27-28, KW (all), PA20-80, PH15-50, TR21-25, ZE (all). Next Day Delivery is only available Mon-Thurs and excludes weekend delivery. Orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered Monday.
Some of our product range are drop shipped direct from Regatta, these products will still appear on your order but may take a couple of extra days to dispatch. Therefore, we do not offer a next day service for these products. For Regatta items, it may take up to 7 working days for delivery in busy periods.
We offer free delivery on all orders over €150 in most European destinations. For orders below this threshold a €7 delivery fee will be charged.To find out if your destination country is applicable, please continue to checkout where either a free delivery option will appear, or our most competitve pricing for your country will be displayed. All prices shown on the website include any applicable duty and VAT - No added charges other than shipping.
For orders being shipped outside of the UK - We work closely with our International freight forwarding partners to offer quality carriage at the best prices.
